I ordered from bronzesnake and overall it was a easy experience. I got the tracking info not long after placing the order, and it updated enough that I could keep an eye on where the package was. My sister even asked if I’d gotten it yet, so it was nice to actually have tracking to check. The package showed up in good condition with nothing missing or damaged. It did arrive maybe a day later than I thought it would, but it wasn’t a big deal. I’m giving 4 stars because everything went smoothly, just not super fast. I’d order from them again.

The box showed up neat and well-protected, and nothing inside was damaged, which I always appreciate. Personally, I’m a bit biased toward simple packaging, so the amount of tape felt like overkill to me. Not a big deal, but they could definitely use a little less next time.
